• Giffard House has two large ground floor rooms, suitable for guests with a mobility disability. One of these rooms is large enough for wheelchair users. This room is ensuite with both bath and shower; grab rails and shower seats are available at request.
• All bedrooms are carpeted.

• Fire drill procedure is on display in all bedrooms.
• Giffard House is a No Smoking guest house.
• Staff on duty all day.
• The manager of Giffard House lives on site and is contactable via telephone extension at any time should a guest require urgent or emergency assistance.
• We do not accept pets.
